Do you accept bank transfers/bank deposits as a mode of payment?

No.  We don’t allow bank transfer and deposit.

What requirements do I need to present before making an exchange?

We require at least two (2) valid and/or government issued IDs to be presented.

Is there a value limit on how much money I can exchange?

There’s no minimum or maximum amount of exchange as long as it is available in our store, and is in bill form, we do not accept coins.

If I were to buy a currency, do I need to make a reservation prior the date of exchange?

Yes, we recommend that you call our head office prior to the date of exchange to make sure that the currency you wish to purchase is available in our branch upon pick up.

Is there a reservation fee?

No, we don’t ask for reservation fee or any down payment. We just trust our clients, that all reservations that were committed will be purchased at the said date.

If I made a reservation for an exchange, do you follow the exchange rate for the same date or do you follow the exchange rate for the pick-up date?

We will follow the rate of the date when the reservation was made.

What requirements does a proxy have to bring in case I am unable to attend the reservation schedule?

We will hold your reservation for two (2) days only.  If you will not be the one getting your reservation, kindly inform our office regarding this so we can advise our tellers ahead.

Do you offer the same exchange rate for bills of lower denominations?

Yes we do! All currencies no matter what denomination have the same rate, because we want to give you the best service and rate for your hard earned money.

Do you accept foreign coins for exchange?

As of now, we don’t accept foreign coins.

Do you process direct conversion of a currency to another without the need of converting to Philippine Peso?

We don’t post direct conversion from one foreign currency to another to avoid confusion. However, if you wish to know the direct conversion, we can provide it for your reference.

Why is your exchange rate different from media sources like on television and the Internet?

Rates from media sources are different from our rate and as well as other money exchange businesses because the rate you see on television and the Internet serves as a guiding rate.

If I bring proof that of a more competitive exchange rate, will you match that?

No. Our exchange rates are already competitive and we will only honor the exchange rates that we have posted in-store.

Where can I find Tivoli branch?

As of the moment, we have a total of three (3) branches, one (1) in Trinoma, one (1) in Glorietta 2, and one (1) inside Okada Manila.

Do you deliver?

No, we do not. All exchanges should be made in-store.

Can I request for my currency to be broken into smaller denominations?

Yes. But please inform us ahead of time so we can prepare it.

I changed my mind and would like to return what I had exchanged. Can I do that?

Yes. But that would be considered a new transaction. You might not get the same amount you started with since it would go through a conversion rate.

Can I use Traveler’s Checks to buy or sell from you

No, we do not accept Traveler’s Checks.

Can I use other items in exchange for currency?

No. We only allow cash to be exchanged.
